The capri280 Register was set up in August 1994 in Manchester Capri Club to record and try to trace how many of the 1038 that were built in the last two weeks of December 1986 still remain today.

It appears that numbers are becoming less , with a probable figure , now at the end of 2004, to be nearer the 400 mark , with only an additional 22 added to the Register in that year.
In 2005 one has now been declared right - off and another has been recorded as only existing as a Tag Plate, as featured on Ebay.
In 2006, 23 more 280s were added to the Register, with several showing change of ownership.
In 2009/2010, changes are slow, few numbers are being added,with most changes being changes in ownership and in 2010, another gone Stolen and not Recovered.
"G" Registration , Yes this is true , Registered in 1989 and is verified to be a genuine Capri280 , also believed , is that a 1993 year Car also exists , but where is it , what plate is it on , "K" or What??
